This is our review of “RF1 Lalaport Toyosu” (Maps), visited in June 2026.
Dinner at RF1 Lalaport Toyosu is exactly what I look for when I want something light but still filling. Located just steps from Toyosu Station, this café-style salad restaurant offers a calm and comfortable atmosphere—ideal for a relaxed evening meal after shopping at Lalaport Toyosu.

A Fresh Take on Salad Dining in Toyosu
RF1 SALAD MEAL Lalaport Toyosu, opened in 2020, redefines what a salad can be. Instead of treating salads as side dishes, this Tokyo salad restaurant positions them as main meals. After its 2021 renovation, the space became even more inviting, with a cozy café-like setting that encourages you to slow down and enjoy your food.

Conveniently located on the B1 floor of Lalaport Toyosu, the restaurant has around 24 seats, making it perfect for solo diners, casual dates, or a quick but satisfying dinner in Toyosu.
What I Ate: Protein-Packed, Satisfying Salads
On this visit, I ordered two popular dishes:
- Jerk Chicken Charge Salad (ジャークチキンチャージサラダ)
- Avocado & Half Chicken Green Salad (アボカドとハーフチキンのグリーンサラダ)
RF1 stands out among healthy restaurants in Tokyo for its ability to combine colorful vegetables with high-protein ingredients. Even for dinner, these salads feel substantial—more like main dishes than light sides.

If you’re searching for a “healthy but filling dinner in Toyosu,” this is exactly the kind of place that delivers.
Flavor Highlights: Balanced and Memorable
The Jerk Chicken Charge Salad is rich in aroma, with fragrant spices leading each bite. The smoky, savory chicken pairs beautifully with crisp, refreshing vegetables. It’s satisfying without being heavy—ideal for dinner when you want flavor without feeling weighed down.
What impressed me most is how well each ingredient works together. The vegetables, protein, and dressing are thoughtfully balanced, so every bite feels complete and intentional.
The Avocado & Half Chicken Green Salad offers a more mellow, creamy profile. The smooth richness of avocado blends with the clean taste of chicken, while herbs and dressing add a subtle brightness. It’s not flashy, but the quality and balance make it stand out among Tokyo healthy dining options.
Beautiful Presentation and Texture
Visually, the salads are vibrant and fresh, with a natural color balance of greens, reds, and whites that instantly boosts your appetite. RF1 goes beyond the idea of “healthy food” and delivers something that feels carefully plated and satisfying.
The textures also keep things interesting—from crisp leafy greens to creamy avocado and tender chicken. Each bite offers variety, making it easy to enjoy until the very last forkful.
Final Thoughts: A Go-To Healthy Dinner Spot in Toyosu
RF1 Lalaport Toyosu is perfect for nights when you want to eat well without going heavy. The Jerk Chicken Charge Salad brings bold flavor and satisfying protein, while the Avocado & Half Chicken Green Salad offers a smoother, more balanced taste.

After a day exploring Lalaport Toyosu, this is the kind of place I keep coming back to—a reliable Tokyo salad restaurant where I can enjoy a thoughtful, nourishing dinner that still feels indulgent in its own way.
