This is our review of SiKiTO CAFE Nihonbashi (Maps), visited in December 2025.
If you love discovering stylish cafés in Tokyo that combine nature, design, and craftsmanship, SiKiTO CAFE in Nihonbashi (SiKiTO CAFE 日本橋) deserves a spot on your list. Inspired by the concept of “cherishing the four seasons,” this modern hideaway delights guests with drinks made from fresh seasonal fruits and herbs. Wrapped in gentle greenery beneath high open ceilings, it’s a peaceful space that quietly refreshes both body and mind in the heart of Nihonbashi.
A Tokyo Café Inspired by Nature

Located just one minute from Nihonbashi Station along Showa-dori, the café’s sleek glass façade immediately catches the eye. Inside, natural light floods the spacious, double-height interior. Dried flowers and branches of the season — cherry blossoms in spring, Enkianthus in summer — decorate the space to create the sense of a living garden.
With plenty of counter and two-seater tables, SiKiTO CAFE Nihonbashi is perfect for solo visitors, those taking a work break, or anyone looking for a light drink before dinner. Every detail is designed to help guests feel the quiet rhythm of nature, even in the middle of the city.

The Story Behind SiKiTO CAFE
The café was born from the online plant and branch delivery service SiKiTO, which has long promoted “moments of seasonal appreciation in everyday life.” The team wanted to create a place where customers could experience that philosophy with all five senses. Thus emerged SiKiTO CAFE, a “branch café” blending natural aesthetics and refined flavors.
In 2024, SiKiTO partnered with the Melbourne-style café brand LATTE GRAPHIC to launch a joint venture called “Shiki to Café.” Their shared passion for craftsmanship and seasonality led to the opening of the Nihonbashi branch on June 30, 2025. The location — a cultural and business hub with deep Edo-period roots — perfectly matches the concept of celebrating Japan’s natural transitions.
Signature Seasonal Drinks

One of the standout recommendations at SiKiTO CAFE is the Kiwi and Lime Sangria (キウイとライムのサングリア). Its pale green color and slices of fresh fruit make it as photogenic as it is refreshing. Aromas of ripe kiwi and zesty lime mingle softly with white wine, creating a drink that balances crisp citrus with gentle sweetness. The light fizz and smooth texture make it an ideal Tokyo aperitif.

Another highlight is the Pear Espresso Soda Up (洋梨エスプレッソソーダアップ; ¥792), a unique fusion of fruit, espresso, and soda that has become a house favorite. Layers of silky pear purée, rich espresso, and sparkling soda create a striking gradient from deep brown to golden yellow. The result is a drink where bitterness and sweetness harmonize beautifully — bright, elegant, and satisfying without being heavy.
These seasonal creations embody SiKiTO’s philosophy of enjoying the transience and beauty of each moment, one glass at a time.
